The Ayawaso Central Constituency is developing ACDT, the Ayawaso Central Development Tracker, a mobile app that puts the constituency’s development projects in the open. Its purpose, in the app’s own words: "Follow projects in your ward, see progress as it happens, and share feedback with the team delivering them."
For residents
Feed: new projects and updates in one place. Search & filter: find projects by place or ward, and filter by status (planned, ongoing, completed). Map: see exactly where each project is. Project pages: every project has a public page with photos, a timeline, and who is building and funding it. Photos: tap any photo to see it full screen. Follow: follow a project and get its updates and status changes. Ask questions: ask the team a question right on the project. Report an issue: spot a problem and report it. Discussions: start a discussion with your neighbours.
For the delivery team
A dashboard for the team; project updates posted with photos from the site; a reports inbox where every report lands and the team updates its status; notifications so residents hear back straight away; moderation of flagged comments; official announcements to the community; and new projects added to the tracker step by step.
